Diettra Dawn Smith and Harold Edward Spence of Harrisonburg, Va., announce their engagement and forthcoming wedding.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Carol Smith of Elkins and Diana Rizer of Gerrardstown. She is a 1984 graduate of Elkins High School and is employed at F & W Management.
Her fiance is the son of Sadie Spence of Front Royal, Va., and the late Grover Spence Sr. He is employed at Wal-Mart and is self-employed as a dry wall installer.
