John and Faith Mininger of Hickory, N.C., formerly of Canaan Valley, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Lynne Michelle Mininger, to Keith Charles Bledsoe, son of Dorothy Bledsoe and the late Tony Bledsoe Sr.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Everett and Beatrice Johnston of Canaan Valley, and Eleanor Mininger of Harman and the late Joseph Mininger. She is a 2003 graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in elementary education. She is employed as a fifth-grade teacher by the Catawba County School System in Hickory, N.C.
Her fiance is pursuing a doctoral degree in nuclear engineering from Ohio State University. He is employed by Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, N.M.
