Mr. and Mrs Mike Frederick III of Bailey Ridge announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Heidi Frederick, to Dustin Harper, son of Debbie Harper of Kesling Mill and Rick Harper of Brushy Fork.
The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Buckhannon-Upshur High School and is a pharmacy technician at Elkins Wal-Mart.
Her fiance is a 2000 graduate of Buckhannon-Upshur High School and is owner of Harper Logging.

The couple will be married Saturday at Lamberts Winery in Weston.
