Lawrence H. Betler and Don Gloria Miles Betler will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception at Duke's Steakhouse in The Days Inn in Elkins from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 6
They exchanged wedding vows on Sunday, Sept. 6, 1959, in Pickens.
The reception will be hosted by their three children, Sandy and Preach Ketterman, Stan and Brenda Betler and Kim and Stan Lambert, eight grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
