WELCOME HOME - The Philip Barbour High School Homecoming parade marched down Main Street in Philippi Wednesday evening. The parade featured the Philip Barbour High School Marching Band along with marching bands from other Barbour County Schools, the Philip Barbour football team, homecoming princesses, floats from each class and organizations at the school. The theme for this year's Homecoming is "Let Loose on Liberty." The Colts will challenge Liberty in high school football action Friday evening at 7:30 p.m. Following the game, a homecoming dance will be at the school.
