Cathy Jasper of Davis and Ladd Jasper of Martinsburg announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Cara Ann Jasper, to Justin Scott Breedlove, son of Tammy and Walter (Scott) Breedlove of Grafton.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of James and Barbara Quattro of Davis and the late Ladd and Betty Jasper of Oceana. She is a 2008 graduate of Tucker County High School and is employed by Infocision of Clarksburg and will be attending Fairmont State University.
Her fiance is the grandson of Roland and Ann Kisamore of Grafton and the late Phyllis and John Breedlove of Grafton. He is a 2004 graduate of Grafton High School and a graduate of Fairmont State University. He is employed by Infocision of Clarksburg.
