Nicole Arbogast and Robert Dolly of Job announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Norman Arbogast of Harman and the late Nettie Arbogast. She graduated from Harman High School in 1993 and is employed by the Randolph County Senior Center.
Her fiance is the son of James Dolly of Burlington and the late Mable Dolly. He has three sons, Robbie, John and Willie Dolly. He is a truck driver for Jimmy Rinker Trucking of Romney.
