Donna Lee Hess and Dick Willard Cowan II were married on Sept. 12 at the Hitching Post in Harding. Pastor Terry Cannon performed the double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Blondail "Sam" Rohrbaugh and the late Velda Rohrbaugh. She is employed as the executive secretary of the Gateway Apartments in Elkins.

The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dick Willard Cowan. He is employed as the commercial service director of Ace Exterminators in Belington.

The bride was escorted and given in marriage by her son, Joshua Stephen Mayhew. Attending as her maid of honor was Teresa Smith, friend of the bride. AnnMarie Raschella was flowergirl.

Nicholas Raschella, best friend of the bridegroom, served as best man. Ring bearer was Gage Raschella.

"The Rest of Your Life," a song by Na' Leo Pilimehana, was played during the ceremony.

All floral bouquets and boutineers were designed by Forrest Beeson. The two-tiered wedding cake was designed by Connie Pingley. Cindy Hart did the photography for the wedding.

A dinner and dance reception followed the ceremony. Food was provided by Robert and Beni Armentrout and Joshua Mayhew and Forrest Beeson. Music for the ceremony and reception was provided by Nicholas Raschella.

After a honeymoon to Las Vegas, the couple resides in Belington.
