Moriah Brittany Cooper and William Wayne Warner were married July 11 at the Elkins Church of God. The double-ring ceremony was officiated by the Rev. John Means. A prayer of blessing over the newly married couple was given by the couple's pastor, the Rev. Jamie Estep.

The bride is the daughter of Terry and Roxanna Cooper of Elkins. She is the granddaughter of Robert and Rachel Reed of Whitmer, Evelyn Carr of Thomas and the late Orville Carr.

The bridegroom is the son of Shirley Warner of Harrisburg, Pa., Henry Williams of Elkins and Dana White of Beverly. He is the grandson of Harlan and Evelyn Warner of Beverly.

The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents. She wore a Moonlight Bridal gown from the Stephanie Collection. The ball gown style dress was made of regal satin and featured a soft sweetheart neckline, curved Basque waist, lace up back and semi-cathedral length train. Swarovski crystals, bugle beads and rhinestone beads adorned the satin embroidered design on the bodice, front of the gown and train. She wore a fingertip-length veil and bridal headband adorned with crystals.

Her bouquet was made of white and tiffany blue daisies, soft pink roses and dainty, white lily-of-the-valley.

Katie Corley, friend of the bride, of Mabie and Jessica Jones, friend and college roommate of the bride, of Philippi served as maids of honor. Bridesmaids were Makenzie Cooper, sister of the bride, Shasta Hickman, cousin of the bride, and April Bacorn and Cassie Elmore, friends of the bride. Bailey Hickman, cousin of the bride, served as junior bridesmaid.

The bride's attendants all wore Alfred Angelo, pool blue satin, A-line, strapless, floor-length dresses with sweep trains and carried bouquets of white and tiffany blue daisies.

Serving as best man was Wes Elmore, friend of the bridegroom. Groomsmen were Matt Elza, Seth Hornick, Dustin Douglas and Michael Hickman, friends of the bridegroom

Flower girl was Carlee Means. She wore an Alfred Angelo, white satin/tulle, floor-length, princess style gown embellished with crystal beading and pool satin rosettes adorning the front of the waistline extending to a tiffany blue satin bow in the back.

The ring bearer was Connor Hickman, cousin of the bride and godson of the bride and bridegroom.

John Taylor was the pianist. Kelly White and Taylor were vocalists during the ceremony. The guest registrar was Misty Cooper, cousin of the bride, while Brandi Cooper and Chelsey Cooper, cousins of the bride, distributed programs and bubbles.

Rachel Reed, grandmother of the bride, designed the bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres.

A reception, dinner and dance followed the ceremony at the Elks Country Club.

The four-tier wedding cake, designed by the bride and made by Susanne Carter, featured the wedding colors, a monogram on the top tier and a heart-shaped, picture frame cake topper engraved with the bride and bridegroom's names and wedding date.

Entertainment was provided by Next Level Entertainment of Elkins.

The dinner was catered by Debra Conrad, cousin of the bride, assisted by Tammy Harsh and Frontline Youth Ministries of Elkins Church of God.

A rehearsal dinner was hosted by Robin and Donald Coberly, aunt and uncle of the bride, on the eve of the wedding ceremony.

The bride is a 2005 graduate of Elkins High School and a 2009 graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor's degree in agribusiness management and rural development. She is employed by Valley Health Care Inc.

The bridegroom is a 2004 graduate of Elkins High School and is employed by Armstrong World Industries.

Following a honeymoon to Pigeon Forge, Tenn., the couple resides in Elkins.
