Mark and Dawn Hardesty of Elkins announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kelly Hardesty, to Kevin Roth, son of Alice Santeford of Natchez, Miss., and David Roth of Beverly.
The bride-elect graduated in 2009 from West Virginia University with a master's degree in professional accounting. She is employed by Suttle and Stalnaker PLLC of Charleston.
Her fiance is a 2009 graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor's degree in wood science and technology. He is currently employed at Lowe's in Charleston.
