Jessy Nicole Pifer of St. George and Justin Wade Vandevender of Kerens announce their engagement and forthcoming wedding.
The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Tucker County High School and is a student at Davis & Elkins College. She is the daughter of Kevin and Carolyn Pifer of St. George and the granddaughter of Denver and Vergie Rosier of St. George and Denny and Jane Pifer of St. George.
Her fiance is a 2002 graduate of Elkins High School and is a member of the West Virginia National Guard. He is the son of Greg Vandevender of Kerens and Kim Anthoney of Charlottesville, Va., and the grandson of Ralph and Faye Vandevender of Kerens and Earl and Jo Anthoney of Copperas Cove, Texas.
