John and Susan Pennington of Whitmer will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary on July 20.
They were married on July 20, 1985, at the Harman Church of the Brethren by the Rev. Eli Hosteller.
Mr. Pennington is the son of Ezra Pennington and Norma Toth. He is employed by Canaan Valley Resort in the maintenance department.

The couple has one daughter, Sarah Beth Pennington.
