Call center planning open house
By CARRA HIGGINS, Staff WriterThe Florida-based company planning to bring an inbound call center to the former Aegis location in?Elkins and employ more than 200 people will host an open house next week for those interested in a career as a customer service and sales agent.
TRG Customer Solutions' open house is from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Workforce West Virginia Office, located at 1 Pleasant Ave., Suite 2, Elkins.
Before attending the open house, those interested in a job opportunity with TRG Customer Solutions are asked to apply online at www.trgcs.com/joinus.html. Positions that will be filled during the company's recruitment efforts include customer service and management.
To fulfill workforce requirements for the Elkins operations center, TRG Customer Solutions anticipates hiring up to 70 associates by Aug. 16 and an additional 200 associates in the upcoming months.
TRG Customer Solutions offers employees hourly or fixed monthly salaries, performance based incentives, full health benefits for all employees, retirement and other benefits. Positions pay up to $10 per hour and include company paid training. The Elkins call center will be open between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
