Willard "Bill" and Margaret (Barton) Swisher celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Sept. 26.
The couple were married in Volga on Sept. 5, 1959, by the Rev. Charles Frum.
Mrs. Swisher is the daughter of the late Kyle and Grace Casto.

They are the parents of five children, 17 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
