The bridegroom is the son of Yehuda and Esther Midani of Eliat, Israel, and grandson of Ferchia Revach of Bnee Ieesh, Israel.

The bride wore a strapless, floor-length ivory satin gown embellished with champagne beading. It featured a bodice with lace-up back and a full skirt which fell into a circular train. Her veil was edged with beading hand sewn by the bridegroom's mother. She carried an arrangement of red roses.

Following the exchange of vows, the marriage contract - Ketubah - was signed. The seven wedding blessings - Sheva Brachot - were led by Rabbi Baum and read in English and Hebrew by the fathers of the bride and bridegroom. Bouquets of red roses and baby's breath were presented by the bride and bridegroom to their mothers and was followed by the traditional breaking of the glass by the bridegroom.

The evening celebration began with a reception prior to the ceremony and a buffet dinner followed. The tiered wedding cake was made by Signature Desserts. Photography was done by Seth Williams Photography and videotaping by the bride's brother.

The couple resides in Pittsburgh with their infant daughter, Emily.
