Mary Beth Kennedy and Joshua Austin Coleman were married on Oct. 16 at Scott Hill in Elkins. The double-ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Joanne Glaser.
The bride is the daughter of Wayne and Helen Kennedy of Elkins.
The bridegroom is the son of Melinda Coleman of Charleston. He is the grandson of Earl and Linda Coleman, also of Charleston.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted to the altar by her father. She wore an ivory A-line gown detailed with embroidery and beading along with a royal blue sash.
Serving as the matron of honor was Nicole Mouser, friend of the bride. She wore a light blue strapless full-length gown.
Serving as the best man was Jeremy Goodwin, brother of the bridegroom.
The pianist was Debbie Super of Elkins. Guestbook attendant was Sarah Johnson, friend of the bride and bridegroom. Susan Marks served as the wedding photographer. The flowers for the ceremony were by Rennix Flowers.
Following the ceremony, a reception was hosted at Scott Hill. Catering and the two-tier wedding cake was provided by Suzi Gordon.
The bride is a graduate of Elkins High School and Marshall University with a bachelor's degree in secondary education, English and Spanish. She is employed by Lincoln County Schools as a high school Spanish teacher.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Riverside High School and Marshall University with a bachelor's degree. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in school counseling.
The couple will return to their home in Huntington following the wedding, and will honeymoon in Orlando, Florida, at a later date.
