Dr. and Mrs. Michael Sullivan of Charleston announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Brennan Sullivan, to Eric Richard Merriam, son of Craig and Elizabeth Merriam of Elkins.
The bride-elect is a fourth-year medical student at the University of Pittsburgh Medical School, and will start her residency program in women's health there this spring.
Her fiance is a PhD student and research assistant with the fish and wildlife program at West Virginia University.
