Parsons Council meets today

Parsons City Council will meet at 6 p.m. today in the Charles W. "Bill"?Rosenau Municipal Building. The agenda includes:

- Consideration of any issues regarding the Parsons ON TRAC Program.

- Consideration of any issues regarding the Corricks Ford Interpretive Site Project.

- Consideration of any issues regarding the Sanitary Sewer Collection System Improvement Project.

- Consideration of any issues regarding the Water System Imporvements Project.

- Consideration of any issues regarding the Parsons U.S. Route 219 Streetscape Project.

- Consideration of any issues regarding the Parsons Railroad Trestle Conversion Project.

- Consideration of any issues regarding the Second Street Storm Drainage Project.

- Consideration of any issues regarding the First and Second Street Streetscapes Project.

- Consideration of any issues regarding the Moore and Porterwood Water Line Extension Project.

- Consideration of any issues regarding the Parsons Municipal Building Energy Conservation Renovations Project.

- Consideration of any issues regarding the Federal Emergency Management Agency's Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.

- Consideration of any issues regarding the rundown buildings in the downtown area.

- Consideration of any issues regardin the Land and Water Conservation Fund grant proposal for the Skateboard Park.

- Consideration of the proposal from Commercial Insurance Services Inc. for professional services in implementing a safety program.

- Consideration of all sealed bids on the 1995 GMC Sierra 3500 truck.

- Consideration of resolving the parking issues on Main Street near the Tucker County Emergency Medical Services building.

- Consideration of blocking off a section of River Street from the intersection of First Street to the intersection of Railroad Street.

- Consideration of taking action on the abandon structure at 314 Main Street.
