Michael Wayne Powers and Amanda Dawn Arbogast announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Rosetta and Eugene Brown and the late Charles Wayne Arbogast II.
Her fiance is the son of Richard and Katherine Powers.
