Kudos to the individuals and organizations responsible for all of the events in Randolph County that honor the War Between the States.
You prove again the "class" we have in Elkins, Philippi, Belington, Beverly and Parsons and the other surrounding towns and rural areas. I thought I knew a lot about the Civil War until I discovered the First Campaign right here in our own backyard.
