The rally was a success

Editor:

On behalf of the WV Patriots, I would like to express my appreciation to everyone who made our July 4th God and Country Rally a success.

Many thanks to Johnny Cochran and the Trailblazers for providing some great music throughout the day and to Evangelist Joe Moore and his wife, Kathy, who joined us from Lexington, Kentucky, for the keynotes speech and the singing of our national anthem. We especially thank Chuck Flannery from Rep. Shelly Moore Capito's office for joining us and giving us a message from Rep. Capito.

Thanks to Courtney Fenstermaker for singing for us and to all those individuals who spoke and/or provided information booths about their various organizations. These include The Orange Blossom Music Hall, Bob and Sue Farrar from Rock Ministries, First Christian Church of Elkins, New Era Christian School, Highland Adventist School, Call to Decision Radio Program, Right to Life, Women's Aid in Crisis, Ambassador Baptist Church, National Rifle Association and the Republican Party.

We also thank the Citizen's Bank for the donation of the dunking booth. A special thanks to Brenda House for cooking all the food for the rally. Many thanks also to all those who donated food, drinks and money to make the rally possible.

We particularly want to thank all those in the community who came out and supported the rally. It will take all of us praying and working together to bring our country back to the biblical principles upon which it was founded.
