Time for a health check

October 8, 2011
The Inter-Mountain

Editor:

The Elkins Kiwanis Club is in the process of planning its annual fall blood analysis. The screening will take place on Oct. 15 from 7 a.m. 10 a.m. The screening will take place at the Randolph County Senior Center, located on the corner of Railroad Avenue and Fifth Street.

These tests are to assist you and your doctor in checking on your good health. If a problem is found, your doctor can immediately assist you in returning to good health. The blood analysis testing is one of the Elkins Kiwanis Club's most important community service projects.

If you have any questions concerning the testing, call the Pennsylvania Automated Services laboratories at 800-524-3414. We are interested in making your time at the test site as short as possible.

Please mark your calendars for Oct. 15, 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. Watch for the placards in the mail and the ads in the newspaper as additional reminders.

We are grateful for all of you who help and want to participate.
