Make the focus repair

November 5, 2011
The Inter-Mountain

Editor:

Thank you to The Inter-Mountain for the breakdown article published recently on how West Virginia would benefit from President Obama's Jobs Bill.

In case some of you readers missed this informative article, here is the information (as I understood it) in a nutshell:

If it were passed ... the "Jobs Bill" would provide an additional 42,000 jobs (all total) in West Virginia and 35,000 schools will be "modernized" (no more need for "school bonds"). In addition, our roads and bridges would be repaired and upgraded. Maybe Corridor H will even be completed?

At any rate, I am appreciative of the information and I am praying (and believing) that one day soon the "two sides of the aisle" will finally focus more on the well being of our state and our country and less on continuing to prop up that "top 1 percent" and go ahead and pass this bill. Maybe the protestors can then find work and come in out of the cold. One more thing - God Bless Sen. Rockefeller for being a true Democrat, and God Bless The United States of America.
