A Fairmont man was killed in a single-vehicle accident along Interstate 79 in Lewis County Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Lewis County Sheriff's Department, 70-year-old David Talkington was driving a truck pulling a camper when he lost control of the vehicle and flipped over near mile marker 95 around 2:30 p.m. A passenger in the truck was taken to Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital in Weston.
Both lanes of I-79 were closed for a short time following the accident.
No other details were available.
