Wayne and Loretta Phares Utz of Midlothian, Va., celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Dec. 17, 2011 with family and friends.
They were married Dec. 8, 1961.
Mr. Utz is formerly of Glenmore.
Mrs. Utz is formerly of Beverly.
They have two sons, Kenneth of Chesapeake, Va., and Steven of Midlothian, Va.; two grandsons and two granddaughters.
