Stephanie Blake and Timothy White, along with their families, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Lea Price of Elkins and the late Victor Price. She has two daughters, Samantha and Victoria. She is a 1989 graduate of Elkins High School and is employed at Upshur County EMS as an EMT.
Her fiance is the son of James White Sr. of Elkins and the late Charlene White. He is a 1992 graduate of Elkins High, is employed with the Committee on Aging for Randolph County and with Upshur County EMS as an EMT.
