The Arbogast Building, adjacent to the Delmonte Hotel in Elkins, is razed Monday morning. Dave Clark, director of Woodlands Development Group, said the group had hoped to save the building, but it was beyond repair. The building is owned by the Randolph County Housing Authority, and Clark said there are no other plans for the space at this time.
