Andrew and Jessica Johnson of Springfield announce the birth of a son, born at 5:16 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012, in Western Maryland Health System. The infant weighed 7.7 pounds, measured 20.5 inches and has been named Grant Andrew Johnson. Maternal grandparents are Terry Hartman and Carol Powell of Mineral County. Paternal grandparents are Joe and Sheila Johnson of Elkins. Great-grandparents are Ted and Aimee Hartman of Fountain, Betty Kimble-Heavener of Fort Ashby and Pauline Johnson of Elkins.
