Charles and Esther Kinnison of Elkins announce the birth of a son, born May 17, 2012, in St. Joseph's Hospital. The infant weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces, measured 21 inches and has been named Levi Wesley Kinnison. Maternal grandparents are George and Elizabeth Hayes of Elkins. The paternal grandparents are Harlan and Phyllis Kinnison of Hillsboro.
