The city of Elkins Water Distribution Department will be replacing a pipe today in the following areas: Dairy Street, Orchard Street, Grant Street, Woodland Drive and the east side of Maple Street as well as the Baker Street apartments. Water was turned off today at 9:30 a.m. and is expected to be off for 1 to 2 hours.
