The West Virginia State Police is searching for a missing Upshur County man.
Luke Scott, 23, was last seen Wednesday, and authorities said he was wearing blue jeans, a shirt with cut-off sleeves, black shoes with neon green laces and a brown jacket. He is described as being 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing between 120 and 130 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
