Maternal grandparents are David and Martha Burner of Arbovale. Paternal grandparents are Walter and Betty Starks of Bartow. Great-grandparents are Joan Starks of Avoca, Mich., and the late Russell Starks, Merle Burner of Lansdale, Pa., and the late Leroy Burner.
