A freewill cornbread and bean dinner is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Aug. 24 at the West Buckhannon United Methodist Church on Corhart Road in Buckhannon. The menu will include beans with ham, cornbread, fried potatoes, cole slaw, apple sauce, drinks and desserts. Carryout orders are available.
