Mr. Harry Hilton Goff, 75, a resident of Harman, passed away early Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012. at his home.
He was born July 24, 1937, in Pendleton County, a son of the late Cecil Goff and the late Mildred Cooper Goff.
Surviving are a very special friend, Amy Lou Armentrout; stepmother, Jean Goff; one son, Alan Goff and wife, Wonda, of Petersburg; two daughters, Sondra Mullenax and husband, Davey, of Harman and Vicki Arbaugh of Cumberland, Md.; four stepsons, Jim Ours and wife, Mary, Marty Ours and wife, Lisa, John Ours and wife, Mary Kay, and Steve Ours; and a stepdaughter, Karen Henslen, all of Inwood. One sister, Rosalita Carr and husband, Carl, of Hopewell, Va.; a half brother, Mike Goff and wife, Sylvia, of Keyser; a half sister, Brenda Stair and husband, Randy, of Hyndman, Pa.; five grandchildren, Rusty Goff, Ashley Briggs, Joshua and Travis Mullenax and Michael Arbaugh; eight stepgrandchildren, Jackie Ours, David Davis, Kristen Ours, Steve Ours Jr., J.J. Ours, Mary Kathryn Camby and Casey and Jesika Henslen; and six nieces, one nephew and several great-grandchildren also survive.
Mr. Goff was employed as a truck driver and a logger prior to his retirement.
Friends may call from 5 until 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31, at Harman Church of the Brethren. A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday from the church with Pastor John Moyers officiating. Interment will follow in Laurel Hill Cemetery near Whitmer.
