Eddie and Tiffany Fowler of Hendricks announce the birth of a daughter, born at 8:21 a.m. Aug. 8, 2012, in Garrett County Memorial Hospital. The infant weighed 7 pounds, 9.6 ounces, measured 18.5 inches and has been named Whitley Michelle Fowler. Siblings include a sister, Eliza Grace Fowler. Paternal grandparents are Alma Fowler and Nathan Phillips of Parsons. Maternal grandparents are Bill and Ilene Marsh of Buckhannon.
