The infant weighed 9 pounds, 6 ounces, and has been named Destiney Rose Shiflett. The mother is the former Shasta Hutchison. Maternal grandparents are Lucy Darnell of Belington and Cole Hutchison of Carolton. Paternal grandparents are Kimberly and Melvin Shiflett. Great-grandparents are Anabell Robinson, Bill Robinson, Nancy Moore and David Raines.
