The Problem Gamblers Help Network of West Virginia invites those who have a gambling addiction to a special event this Friday through Sundauy at the Chief Logan Conference Center in Logan.

This free weekend-long conference offers help for problem gamblers and their loved ones who are seeking recovery from this debilitating addiction.

Participants can expect:

The Problem Gamblers Help Network, which operates the state's 1-800-GAMBLER help-line, has been in existence since 2000. Since that time, over 10,000 West Virginians have called asking for help with a gambling problem. Callers are offered a free appointment with one of over 90 trained counselors who have offices in all parts of the state.

Space for the free conference is very limited, and participants must pre-register. Participants can come alone or bring one adult support person with them. Anyone interested in attending should call the Problem Gamblers Help Network of West Virginia at 1-800-GAMBLER.
