The Inter-Mountain's readers will get an exclusive chance to win dinner this week with Landau Eugene Murphy Jr. - the West Virginia native who won 2011's "America's Got Talent."
The contest's winner and a guest will be able to enjoy dinner with Murphy backstage before the star performs Saturday evening as part of the 76th Mountain State Forest Festival.
"This is an exciting contest for everyone who enjoys Murphy's great voice," said Michelle Hammonds, advertising director of The Inter-Mountain. "We're happy to be able to offer this opportunity to a lucky winner."

Entering this Inter-Mountain contest is easy. Those who wish to enter just have to "like" The Inter-Mountain's Facebook page, which can be found online at www.facebook.com/TheInterMountain. The contest will close at 5 p.m. Thursday, and the winner will be announced Friday on The Inter-Mountain's Facebook page. Everyone who has "liked" the page will be eligible, except for Inter-Mountain employees and family members.
Murphy's show will take place at 8 p.m. Saturday on the campus of Davis & Elkins College in Harper-McNeely Auditorium. Tickets for the show are on sale via the festival website at www.forestfestival.com. Tickets also can be purchased by calling 304-636-1824.
