Dobbins named MSFF?princess

Britlany Nicole Dobbins of Harrisville has been chosen as a princess in the 76th Mountain State Forest Festival by Commissioner Randall Smith.

Dobbins is the daughter of Edward and Annalisa Dobbins of Harrisville. She is the granddaughter of Susan Haught Ubbens, also of Harrisville. She has one brother, Andrew, and a sister, Jodi Melton.

Dobbins is a graduate of Ritchie County High School with the class of 2010.

While attending Ritchie County High, she was a varsity letterman cheerleader and participated in many activities. She was a member of the National Honor Society, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and was on the Yearbook Committee. She has been in 4-H for 12 years and is a member of the Harrisville Happy Days 4-H Club. She was a junior class princess for Homecoming. She currently is a sophomore at Fairmont State University, majoring in elementary education. She is on the president's list.

She is also a member of the Ritchie County Church of the Nazarene and is an employee of Antero Resources.

Dobbins will join other princesses and the rest of the royal court of the Mountain State Forest Festival Oct. 5 on the campus of Davis & Elkins College. More information is available at
