The Tennerton United Methodist Church honoree of the month for September is Mary Myers. She is being recognized as a faithful attendee and honored for her commitment.
Myers has participated in Sunday school and worship since 1972. Her children also participated in Sunday school and youth activities as youngsters.
Myers is occasionally a greeter for worship services. She enjoys helping with apple butter making day and the annual fall festival in October. She helps provide food for the fourth Sunday lunches and other activities.
