Members of the Randolph County Teen Leader 4-H Club paint leaves around the county Thursday evening in anticipation of the 76th Mountain State Forest Festival. The project is headed by the Randolph County 4-H Leaders in hopes of bringing the majestic beauty of the mountains closer to the streets of Elkins.
