Mr. Howard N. Sproul, 68, a resident of Elkins, passed away Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012, in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
Mr. Sproul's remains were cremated. A memorial mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, at St. Brendan Catholic Church. The Very Rev. Donald X. Higgs, VF will be the celebrant.
