Elkins Mayor Duke Talbott signs a proclamation this week naming October Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Talbott was joined by representatives from Women’s Aid in Crisis and other organizations. In the proclamation, Talbott urges residents to attend and participate in scheduled activities and programs scheduled by Women’s Aid in Crisis.
