Savilla would bring new efficiency to state office

October 27, 2012

Editor:

As early voting kicks off, I would like to recommend Brian Savilla for secretary of state to my fellow voters.

Brian has the experience, knowledge and respect of the laws and Constitution to efficiently and correctly run the office. He offers specific ideas on how to improve the office and its functions.

On the other hand, incumbent Natalie Tennant has proven she is unfit for the position. Her many inexcusable and costly mistakes have tarnished our state's reputation and jeopardized the sanctity of our elections. Four years of missed deadlines, selective enforcement of election laws, being repeatedly overturned by the Supreme Court, ignoring voter fraud, and even cutting fraud investigators show Tennant clearly does not have the competence to run the office or earn her paycheck.

What she has done has been at the demand of federal government or the Supreme Court. I urge voters to protect their future elections by electing a secretary of state who will defend the people and their choices. Vote for Brian Savilla.
