Cancellations
Trash collections for residents living outside the Buckhannon city limits will be delayed one week. All other city services are operating normally at this time.
Trick-or-treat for the City of Buckhannon has been canceled for Wednesday and rescheduled for Monday, Nov. 5 from 5-6 p.m. The Halloween party at the Buckhannon Moose Lodge has been rescheduled for 6-7 p.m., Monday, Nov. 5.
Trick-or-treat for Upshur County has been canceled for Wednesday and rescheduled for 5 to 6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5.
Early voting at the Lewis, Upshur and Randolph county courthouses was canceled Tuesday.
Randolph, Upshur and Barbour County Schools will be closed Wednesday.
Randolph County Magistrate Court and Randolph County Circuit Court have been canceled for Wednesday.
