Coalton school plans United Way fundraiser

November 6, 2012
The Inter-Mountain

The staff members at Coalton Elementary plan to support local organizations involved in the United Way of Randolph County while losing weight and improving their health.

The program will began Oct. 19 and is set to end at Christmas break. Participating members will have an initial weigh-in. If participants gain weight, they pay a fine in the United Way collection jar.

After Christmas break, the program will continue again for a second eight-week period.

Monies collected from the program will go to the United Way of Randolph County to help local agencies.
