The Modern Homettes CEOS Club won the Top Blue Ribbon Club at the annual Spring Achievement and Awards Banquet April 2 at the Way of Holiness Fellowship Hall, according to a club announcement received recently.
Some members served on the decorating committee and others worked the Arts and Crafts display tables for judging.
The club entered the poster contest, won second place on the scrapbook cover competition and thrid place on the scrapbook competition. Donna Bennett won CEOS of the year in her age group.

The Upshur County CEOS Clubs also held their annual fall fundraiser Oct. 13 at Way of Holiness Fellowship Hall.
This was a great success, thanks to the CEOS and the community.
The clubs wanted to thank all the sponsors that donated door prizes to help with the event: Hallmark Store, Country Primitives and More, Simplicity Tanning, Sam's Pizza, Fox's Pizza Den, Wendy's, Mr. Donut, and Kroger's in Buckhannon.
