The Upshur Arts Alliance continues its long-term mission of promoting, enhancing and contributing to the educational, artistic and cultural lives of the residents of Upshur County. Earlier this year, many local residents participated in a community survey exploring cultural opportunities and the arts for our county. Officials wish to thank residents for their suggestions and recommendations.
The organization is looking for ways to meet the area's cultural needs and have begun the process of building a Talent Directory.
