Barbara Ellen Phillips Meece, 75, a resident of Elkins, passed away Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012, in Davis Memorial Hospital.
At the request of the deceased, her remains were cremated. A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. today at Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins.
