Elkins resident Alice Sabatino hands out candy during the city of Elkins’ Halloween Party at the Elkins-Randolph County YMCA on Saturday. The city partnered with the YMCA for the event because trick or treating had to be canceled due to the effects of Superstorm Sandy. The event featured face painting, a haunted house and treats for the kids.
